Each Partner Agency will designate an Data Quality Officer. The Data Quality Officer is the primary contact for all communication regarding data quality for the Dallas / Collin County CoC Data Systems Project at this agency.

This person will be responsible for:
- Serving as the Dallas and Collin County CoC subject expert matter for the CHO.
- Supporting CHO users with system navigation and data quality.
- Providing a primary single point of communication between the CHO and CoC Data Systems Leads regarding data quality.
- Ensuring all end users receive necessary training in the Dallas and Collin County CoC database used by the CHO.
- Maintaining quality and accuracy of client data, user data, and CHO information.
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with client confidentiality standards and ethical data collection, entry, and retrieval at the CHO level.
- Communicating project and funding updates and changes to the appropriate Data System Lead(s) (including changes to bed/unit inventory).
- Reviewing project setup forms and custom reports
- Submitting quarterly data quality reports
- Communicating to the appropriate Data System Lead(s) when end users need to be removed
- Adhering to the Data Quality Management Plan
