Care Packages Sign Up

Bags need to be delivered to the office by the week of January 13th.
Care packages include: Gloves, Hand Warmers, Hats, Toiletries, Masks, Blankets, Hand Sanitizer and a bag to put these supplies in.

All care packages need to be delivered already assembled. A Housing Forward staff member will reach out at the beginning of January to confirm the date/time of dropoff.
